Important Information

  • Dubai Parks and Resorts Operational hours may vary in the month of ramadan.

  • No eating or drinking outdoors is permitted in the month of ramadan.

  • The Pick up timing for Motiongate Dubai will be between 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM and return time will be between 08:30 PM to 09:00 PM

  •  This to inform you that the Halloween Event at Motiongate Dubai will be operated from 18th October, 2018 until 3rd November, 2018 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday Only) between 11:00 Hrs to 23:00 Hrs

Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable

  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable

  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

  • Children between age 4 to 11 will be considered as child and charged child rate.

  • Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
