This is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. The visa is usually stamped or glued into the bearer’s passport. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country.​

Documents required to process China Tourist Visa

  • Application form

  • Passport

  • Copy of passport

  • Passport-size photo

  • Tourist Invitation letter

  • Hotel reservations

  • Flight itinerary

  • Employment letter signed and stamped

  • Business registration

  • Business License

  • ID COPY

  • VACCINATION CERTIFICATE

  • Bank statement balance above 1m

  • Police Clearance certified by Mfa

 

Types of visa

  • Normal Service (90 Days)

  • Express Service (90 Days)

 

Visa Application

       Agents must make the applicable payments to Eros Africa before any visa applications are made on their behalf.

 

 

Visa Charges

  • Normal Service (90 Days)  $130

  • Express Service (90 Days)  $200

  • In the event that visa application is rejected by the China Immigration Department the charges are non-refundable. 

 

 

Cancellations of Visa

        Visa fee in the event of cancellation or No-Show are non-refundable.

 

 

Visa Processing Timeline

  • Visa applications submitted to the Immigration takes approximately 2 to 3   working days to process (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

  • Agents requiring urgent visas must contact Eros Africa directly. Additional charges will apply for urgent visa applications.

  • Eros Africa Visa Team take no responsibility whatsoever to any delays that may arise in the visa application process.

 

 

Visa Conditions

  • The Tourist Visas are issued by the China Immigration Authorities. 

  • A visa is required prior to entry into China

  • The issuance of visas is subject to the sole approval of the China Immigration Department.

  • Government fees are subject to change and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The possession of a Visa is not the final Authority to enter China

  • Incomplete applications will be rejected.
